SHIPPING POLICY

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a replacement. Please contact us at info@soscandles.com for further details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sense of Serenity Canndles we carefully inspect our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment. Proof of damage must be submitted to us within 3 days of delivery.

Unused candles may be returned within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
